Challenge: A major national FMCG company with over 80,000 MT of plastic packaging annually faced CPCB show-cause notices for non-compliance with EPR targets and delayed portal registration. The client had no internal EPR team and limited understanding of certificate procurement processes.
Solution: Peak Idea completed CPCB portal registration within 14 days, appointed an accredited PRO network covering 18 states and built an end-to-end target fulfilment and reporting system. We also trained the client's sustainability team and managed all annual return filings.
Challenge: A Gujarat-based generic pharmaceutical manufacturer had WHO-GMP certification but lacked export market knowledge, regulatory dossiers and distributor networks to enter African and Southeast Asian markets. Sales were stagnant at ₹28 crore annually.
Solution: We prepared CTD dossiers for 12 priority molecules, identified and onboarded 9 importers across Kenya, Tanzania, Nigeria, Vietnam and the Philippines, supported tender submissions and provided ongoing regulatory support for product registrations in each jurisdiction.
Challenge: A Delhi-based NBFC processing 4,000+ personal loan applications per month was experiencing 11-day average turnaround times, 3.2% fraud rate on self-employed income documentation and significant manual effort in KYC verification and credit bureau reconciliation.
Solution: Peak Idea deployed an AI document processing pipeline using computer vision and NLP to automate income document verification, integrated ML-based fraud scoring and implemented RPA bots for credit bureau API calls, decisioning workflows and customer communication.
Challenge: A Maharashtra-based specialty chemicals manufacturer had invested ₹18 crore in energy efficiency and renewable energy projects but had not monetised the emissions reductions. No GHG inventory existed and the board was under pressure to demonstrate tangible climate action to global customers.
Solution: Peak Idea conducted a full Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG inventory, identified eligible emission reduction projects, developed VCS-compliant Project Design Documents, engaged an accredited validation body and registered the project with Verra. We then facilitated credit sales through our carbon market network.
Challenge: A leading IT services company with 12,000 employees across 8 cities needed to retire 6,500 end-of-life laptops, servers and network equipment. The client required ISO 27001-compliant data destruction certificates for each asset, full EPR compliance documentation and traceability of recycling to authorised dismantlers.
Solution: Peak Idea organised secure collection logistics across all 8 cities, performed on-site data destruction using NIST 800-88 compliant methods, channelled all assets to CPCB-registered recyclers and delivered a complete digital audit trail including certificates of destruction and recycling for every asset.
Challenge: A Mumbai-based D2C nutraceutical startup launched with strong products but had near-zero digital presence, no established brand and a modest ₹15 lakh/month marketing budget. The founders wanted to build a sustainable online revenue stream without dependence on marketplace discounting.
Solution: Peak Idea built the brand's entire digital presence from scratch — developing a content-led SEO strategy, launching Meta and Google performance campaigns with rigorous A/B testing, building an influencer programme with 80 micro-influencers and implementing a lifecycle email marketing system to maximise repeat purchase rates.
